End-of-Life
Advanced Chemistry Development issues the following End-of-Life policy for its software.
ACD/Labs supports the current released version and one prior release. Patches and enhancements will be produced only for the current version of the software. Bug fixes will only be available for supported versions of the software.
In connection with this policy, ACD/Labs has announced the end-of-life of all release 10.0 software. All customers still running these versions of ACD/Labs software should make plans to upgrade to the latest version, release 12.0.
The ACD/Labs Maintenance contract includes Technical Support through e-mail, or telephone, as well as the provision of enhancements, updates, and upgrades as they become available for the currently released version of ACD/Labs software. This applies to all ACD/Labs customers with current Maintenance contracts.
The ACD/Labs Maintenance contract has a term of one calendar year and must be renewed annually. If the term of an ACD/Labs Maintenance contract has lapsed, the customer is required to pay, on a pro-rated basis, for that lapsed time when renewing in order to bring his or her software up to a maintained copy of the latest shipping version.
