ACD/Structure Elucidator: Metrics and Measures of Success
Brent Lefebvre, Tony Williams, Kirill Blinov and Arvin Moser
Abstract
ACD/Structure Elucidator has solved well over 150 chemical structures to date, many of these from recent literature or submitted to ACD/Labs by chemical and pharmaceutical companies as part of our Elucidator Challenge. (Visit http://www.acdlabs.com/feedback/chaleluc.html for details.) Chemical structures elucidated include natural products, general organics and even porphyrin related structures. This talk will review some of the recent successes of ACD/Structure Elucidator as well as some of the recent features which have been added to further enhance the performance of the system.
